The reason why this happened is because your jotforms are set as English forms while the language used on the jotforms is not English. For this reason our anti-phishing system will disable your forms and with that your account to make sure that there is no bad play at work.

Once you do, your account should be re-enabled by itself, but if it is still disabled, do let us know and we would be happy to check why that is so.
The biggest issue is with the forms titled:
"Conversor de moedas"
"Formulario Tibia Cash"
I would however suggest doing the same for all forms, to avoid any issues be caused for the same reason as it is now.
i have Fixed Language in "Formulario Tibia Cash" and Deleted "Conversor de moedas".
