We can send test messages from the form without any issue, however when we tested the form (which is embedded on my wix website) we didn't recieve an email alert.
The submission is listed on the jotform website though.

That is because your Sender Name and Recipient Details in the Notification Email are not properly configured. Here's your current settings:
Leaving it like this will cause you the mentioned problem. Kindly check and change your settings.
