After checking your forms I can see you have built a couple of forms to collect Credit card critical information on plain text fields.
Please be aware that this is illegal because it's considered a phishing activity, which violates our terms of use
Card number, expiration date, security codes and card holder name are considered critical information. The only services allowed to collect such data are those that are DSS/PCI certified.
In light of this, it is a must to integrate your form with any of our Payment integrations.
I've removed the guilty fields on the forms. But you must refrain of making new forms like that, otherwise, we will be obligated to suspend your account and cancel the subscription.
