I am not able to log into my account with the email associated with my billing

    I have tried logging in with my email address (**********) and the system indicates there is no account with that email address. However all my receipts when I purchased the monthly subscription are coming to that email address.


    I've set up a new account with that email address now, but perhaps that makes things difficult. Can you help reconcile this? Thanks!

    I took a look at the email that you have mentioned and I see that it is associated with the same account that the form is form and that is twinlakes.

    Please try to log in to the account with username instead of the email.

    In regards the email not being found, that is correct. The email is not being associated with that account, only the invoice is set to be sent to that email address, but if you click on the link in the email, you should be able to change the email address this is sent to as well.
