Hi Support Team,
I'm trying to import a form in PDF format from my own webpage url link but it coming up an error message, its seems only allow we import between jotform? Please advice.
I need my own form to be import, can we have this?

If you are importing using a website URL link where the form is, unfortunately, it will not work unless the forms are from JotForms, I assume you are using the 3rd option in the "Create Form" menu.
But, we do have a new feature that will allow you to import directly your PDF forms, you can navigate to this import tool that we have: http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/. Click Import Forms->Choose the 3rd option.

Yes I've imported and submitted the pdf form. Hope this give helps.
We need to submit all the PDF form every time to your? Is there anyway we can do it ourself without send to you.

Unfortunately, that is how the importing of PDF form works, it will need to take some time to convert it into a web form.

You have around 28 forms in your account. So, are you saying that the PDF form is not yet imported to your account since April 27? It's been a week now and I don't think it should take this long. Would you mind sending us the PDF form instead? This way, we can check it and maybe ask our developers about it. You can send it here to our support email account at firstname.lastname@example.org.

I'm followed the linked to import my PDF form that Charlie sent me on 27th April, not from one of the 28 forms. It takes couple of days, but didn't receive any response yet. This take so long that's why I will asking you about this. I'll attached my PDF form to the email account email@example.com so can you please catch up this with them and let me know?

I have checked our email and I did not find any email that is connected to email address of your account. When you sent email to firstname.lastname@example.org someone form our team will provide you an answer.
