Hi again,
Unfortunately, HTML tags like <br/> will not display properly in the textarea field, this is because it is being read as plain text. Same goes with other formatting or styling tags like <b>, <i> and the likes.
For now, commas or other plain text to separate field values are the available options that we can use, you could however use the form's full source code and manually add special formatting tags like <br> using Javascripts, but this will be more technical to do.
I will forward a feature request for this functionality, I believe it's a good addition to let users add formatting tags to text area field with conditional logic. Unfortunately, I'm unable to provide exact date to when this will be implemented or even be considered, but rest assure that our developers will be aware of this request.
Thank you.

Hello Anna,
I believe once the HTML tags are allowed to be added through the conditions, the bullet points/numbering will also be automatically taken care of. Isn't it?
My colleague have already sent the feature request to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them.
Thank you!
