We are developing an order form with several hundred items. Is there a way of getting emails to only show items where the value is greater than 0?

    Many thanks,

    Hello Catherine,

I did check your form and found that you have added a text box question for every product.

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by enabling the "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" property of your form's preferences. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/256-How-to-Hide-Empty-Fields-on-Email-Alerts

Please be noted that above feature only works on an unedited version of email alert. If you edit your form's email template, this feature will not work anymore. I would suggest you to delete the email alert you have in your form, enable this feature to hide empty fields and then add a new email alert.

    Hope this answers your query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
