Google Spreadsheet integration seems to have missed a few submissions

    Hi 

     

    I have a number of forms that integrate with google spreadsheet - however on several occasions now we have had forms that are not pulling through to google spreadsheet meaning that we miss them in our systems

     

    is there a reason this is happening and is there a fix for it?

     

    this is quite an urgent request

    There should be no issues with the Google Spreadsheet integration at this time Jules. Can you please tell us what dates are of the missed submissions?

    There was some work on the Google integration done since 3 weeks ago to the previous week (roughly).

    I presume that the submissions that were missing were within that period and that would mean that the issue has already been resolved.
