How to display the submission data of the "Configurable List" widget in separate columns of excel spreadsheet?

Hi We love Jotform and it has made our lives so much better. In our forms, we use a widget that collects a fair amount of information. (Time, Date, Name, class, & multiple iterations, etc).

Upon download to excel. it ALL goes to one cell (whether xls or csv)

Is there another widget that would download the info to separate cells? Or a setting we are missing....

    Our account is Kat@photographybysky.com

    Thanks!

    Hello photobysky,

I did check your form and found that you have added "Configurable List" widget.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve your requirement. Please be noted that every question of your form will be displayed in a separate column. Example: If you have a textbox or a widget, it will always be displayed in one cell per question. Displaying it in multiple cell be be confusing as a configurable list widget can have multiple rows.

Let me send a feature request to our back end team and they should be able to figure out some solution to display the widget data in separate columns.

For now, you may like to take a look at the following thread where one of my colleague have explained a workaround solution:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/526726-Separate-Values-of-Configurable-List-Widget-in-another-Excel-Sheet

    Thank you!

Any solution to this? I love the Configurable List Widget (easier than individual fields) but really need the data collected using this widget to end up in separate cells. Or at least an easy way to get it into separate cells.

    Thanks!
