The Parent page scrolls when the Lightbox window reaches maxed scroll top and/or bottom part?Asked by schmuxy on April 28, 2015 at 09:05 AM
there are similar issues open to this one, however I am struggling to find anything similar which was actually successfully resolved.
My main concern is in regard to host page scrolling. As described in the title, when a user initiates the lightbox popup it scrolls my entire host page to the top. And upon scrolling within the lightbox and hitting either end of max scroll on the Y axis, the host page will scroll.
Is there a way to prevent the host page from scrolling while the lightbox is active?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did check your web page where you have embedded your form and I am able to replicate the issue where the parent page scroll when the lightbox form is loaded. Your other issue "scrolling in lightbox scrolls host page" seems to work fine. Please check the screenshot below:
I am not sure what is causing this issue. I am reporting it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.
Hey, thank you for the prompt response!
The other issue regarding "scrolling in lightbox scrolls host page" can be replicated by clicking on the button labeled "enquire for valvasor" (gray button white text) and then scrolling for the form. When the form scrolling ends continue scrolling (mouse wheel) and notice the host page will start to scroll in the background!
Thank you for the additional information, I'll update the report that was already escalated by my colleague. We'll inform you when we hear any news from our developers regarding this matter.
