matrix dynamique not showing up in embedded form

I have three matrices in my form and when I embed it in my website none of them appear. It works when I test from jot form in that all three matrices are displayed and the infomation is submitted.

From the website I get a message saying - 'Please wait' and it seems to hang. Screen shot is of the form with all three matrices. I can't upload more than one screen shot!

I see that according to your other post you were able to get the matrices working in your embedded form:

In any case, you may want to try using the iFrame embed method instead:

Usually this allows forms to function the same way embedded as they do on their own.  Embedding your form using an iFrame insulates your form from the rest of the scripts running in your page.
