    Hi,

I've received a note saying "Form Over Quota". Does this mean my Form exceeded the amount of submissions I can receive monthly? Is there any way I can fix this ASAP because I believe I have a lot of orders coming my way right now.

    Hi, johnkang,

I would like to apologize for what happened.  I have checked that the form already has 107 submissions.

Please be advised that for a Free Account, you have 100 Non-Secure Submissions and 10 Secured Submission(SSL). If you exceeded any of the submissions, it will temporarily disable the account. Meaning, it will no longer be able to receive submissions as if all the forms were disabled.

For you to be able to enjoy more of the service you may upgrade using this guide, http://www.jotform.com/pricing.

Once you made an upgrade, you're account will be activated instantly, so as the form in it. And I would recommend for you to do that because, as you have said, you will have a lot of orders coming.

Should you be needing further assistance on this matter, kindly let us know and we will be glad to help you.

    Thank you for using JotForm.

    Kind regards,
