    How can I create an online waiver for collecting e-signatures?

    You can leverage the following tools and widgets to create a waiver.

    Form checkbox (used to contain the text of the waiver)

    E-Signature widget

    Short sscrollable terms widget

    Paste you text as single block with no paragraphs.
