I have been using Jotforms for a while now and love them. I have one major issue in that i cannot download the csv file. It says 'Generating' and then no download.
I have trid this with IE, Chrome, Safari and firefox and none work. It seems to work every 1 time in 50.
What is this problem

Hello Justin. Do you have an account that we can look into, or are you trying to download the CSV from the guest account?
