I have added a user / email@example.com and they are recieivng responses emails but never got the invite to log in and view data.. please ahelp

I checked but I don't see anything from our end that would be blocking them from receiving that email. Also, they are not listed in our bouncelist when I checked their email address.Result: firstname.lastname@example.org is NOT in the bounce list
According to your subuser accounts I found they are listed on your account.
Are you able to have them check their email's spam folder? It may have ended up in there.
Alternatively, you could try removing the email address then reapply it to see if that will help.
Please let us know if you continue to experience a problem with this.
