    I need to know how long submissions are retained on JotForm's servers.

    Hello, I'm currently using the free JotForm account and really like it. I've spoken to my company owner about getting a paid subscription, and his concern is over JotForm's security; namely, how long our customer's submissions are retained on the JotForm servers. I've searched through the articles and can't find anything that addresses this. I did see that JotForm won't sell or share our data, or access our data for non-administrative purposes, but I still need to find out how long submissions are retained. Can you please tell me if I were to delete submissions of a form, how long would that data be retained by JotForm?


    Thank you so much for your help! The form builder has been great so far & I hope to continue utilizing it.

    Your submission are retained on our servers until you delete them.  For better or for worse, once the submission is deleted, it is permanently deleted from our servers.  This also means that once you delete a submission, we cannot recover it.  We do not retain it for any purposes once deleted.
