Firefox: Validations and conditions not working on form due to Date Picker widgets

Also, the second issue is with conditions on IE/FireFox. There is an "add another employee?" radio button, (that only works in Chrome) that is defaulted to "no", and the subsequent employee fields are hidden. When the user changes the option to "yes" those fields should show up again.

I was able to reproduce the issue in Firefox browser. A bug report ticket has been forwarded to our Development Team for consideration.

In the meantime, you can switch to an iFrame embedding method. It should fix the issue with your embedded form.

    Getting the Form iFrame Code

    Thank you.

Thank you for that. I will swap to the iFrame method now.

I have used the iFrame code while waiting for your reply, but that appears to have its own separate issue now. Using firefox on a mac, there is crazy white space at the end of the form, but firefox on a PC it doesn't have any extra white space. Using chrome on a PC there is a different amount of white space.

Has there been a response to the bug report yet?

As soon as there is any response from our developers, you will see it on this thread and receive an email notification about it.

At this time there is no update in regards to this, but I see the cause of the white space.

It is caused by the lack of the script part that comes together with the iframe form in charge of resizing it.

As your jotform is embedded using pure iframe code, you should change its height to have less white space if you so desire.

Do let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

We have updated the date picker widget  - so your conditions should work normally on all browsers.

I've tested a copy of your form with JS Embed and conditional logic  responds as expected.

Kindly embed using the script embed method and try it out -

Please Let us know if you have further difficulty.
