What happens after reaching submissions limit?

We have a client we are signing up for a Jotform account.

They currently have an Adobe Forms Central account.  We've done some testing with your service and are very happy with the results.

Their quick question is if they only sign up for a Free account, what happens after 100 requests?

Does the form just no longer send requests?

Does the form not show up (we're embedding it in their website)?

We will likely go with the $9.95 / month account, but want to be able to answer this question for them.

    Thank you for contacting us.

We temporarily block forms on overlimit accounts. If the form is embedded with an iFrame code, the form users will see the next warning.

Note that we do not block the forms immediately. You will have some time for upgrade. Also, we email account owners when they are about to reach their account limits.

Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
