There is no way to automatically include form text into emails, but it is possible to edit email template manually.
You might consider adding a download PDF submission link to the email.
Then, enable Show Headers and Texts option in order to include the form headings and text information into submission PDFs.
This will also work for printing/downloading PDF from Submissions page.
