How do I access the Conditional Logic feature of the Spinner Control?

When I insert a spinner control, I do *not* have access to a conditional logic wizard.  Do I need to change a setting?

Update.  It seems that this control is activated once a condition has been set in the Form based tool.

The conditional logic icon in the field will only be shown if an existing condition is setup or related to that field. To add a condition to the spinner you can follow this guide here: http://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic.

For a quick guide, you can just click a field then click the "Conditions".
