Can you deliver notification emails securely if my server supports it?

I want to use your service for a small health clinic where patients upload a health questionnaire form which obviously needs to be kept confidential. I plan to use your https service for transmitting form data but am concerned about the notification email being intercepted. My email server supports POP3S and IMAPS. PS I have spent days researching all the options for web form building software and, in my optinion, your product comes out on top, especially with regard to ease of use and features.

Thank you for bringing your concern with us.

First, you may have a form secured by enabling the security feature whenever you're in the process of embedding forms. So in the form builder, just look for 'Setup and Embed' -> 'Embed Form' and in the popup, put a tick in the box.

Notification emails are sent as plain text, and so we advise that you edit all your notification emails not to include the submitted information but only to let you know that something was submitted.

Please check this thread as the question also pertains to security with a reply about how we manage submissions.

We hope our software will be of help in increasing productivity in your business process.
