My account is still autosuspeendedAsked by Hupertan on April 29, 2015 at 08:57 AM
I just saw your thread and wanted to help you set it all up right away here as well.
Now as mentioned in the tweet, the best steps to take as well as the reason why this happens can be seen here: Why jotfoms in Arabic and French language get suspended?
Looking at the forms, I can see that the change is still not applied to them, so please do let us know if you are having any issues following any step - or have any questions in regards to this.
Thx, I understand very well WHY, but you ask me the change the language, to english.
In order to change the language, I should start with connect do JOTFORM.COM ! Now I can not login because the ACCOUNT (and not the form) has been disabled.
OK, I see, you are having issues logging into your account as well. I will activate your account, but please do note that if you do not make the changes, it will get disabled again (since it is being disabled by the forms), but there is one more thing.
You do not need to have English on your forms, just set it as French form and have only French on it if you wish and that would be it.
You can add as many and as little languages as you wish, as long as the language on the form matches the language that is set for the form.
Your account is now enabled, but these are the forms in question:
1. Publier un post sur uroblog.fr
2. Clone of Publier un post sur uroblog.fr
3. Publier un post sur UroBlog.fr par email
Do try to log into it now by using your username (urobichat) instead of the email.
