Save Forms to continue later is not working.

Asked by Delrose Earle on April 29, 2015 at 09:19 AM

Hello I would like some help in saving forms to continue later.

I have followed the instructions located at http://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature-Save-Form-Entries-to-Continue-Later however I am unable to make it work.

The two forms I have used and would like to work are located at (First form) http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51183688411962 and (Main form) http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51183401353950

    Thank you for your help

    Hello Delrose,

There seems to be some confusion here. The guide you have shared is for Auto Fill but looking at your form, it seems you are trying the save the input data in session so that it can be accessible form any system.

Please be noted that auto fill feature actually saves the input data in browser cookie. If the browser cookie is cleared or you access the form from other browser, the saved data will not be accessible.

You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to save the input data in session:  http://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-to-Continue-Later

Please be noted that it requires "Page Break" field in the main form. The input data is saved only on click of the next button. Please check the above shared guide for the steps on how to implement this feature.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
