I have a problem with receiving emails boost sport, the client does not receive the emails generated JotForm, if they are in JotForm inbox.
Please can you help me?

With which form you are having this issue with?
The web page URL you have shared does not seems to be valid. I did check your web page but could not find any JotForm embedded there.
I did check the notification email alert of your last edited form and did not find any issue with that but when I checked our email logs, I found that we are unable to send submission emails to your email address email@example.com. Please check few logs below:

Is this the email you are having issue with?
Can you please check of the SMTP settings you have added is correct? I would suggest you to delete the custom sender email form your account and add it again. The following guide should help you:
I would also suggest you to please use firstname.lastname@example.org as the "Sender Email" of your notification email alert and see if that solves your problem.
Do get back to us if the above steps does not help and the issue persists.
