I took a look at your website and I see that there are some conflicting codes on it causing your jotform to not work properly.

Please do try to embed the form using iframe embed code instead and then let us know how it goes.

I went to this page http://bloomsburymanor.com/pages/viewing-by-appointment and I do see the iframe embed code being on the website, but everything seems to be working for me.

Could you please tell us which part of the form is not working for you and if there are any specific steps that we should make, or device to check on to see the issue?

    Thank you.

It's the part that asks you to type which items you want to view

The field did suggest that you can enter text, but as it is a number only field and it accepts numbers I was under the impression that you have some codes that they should enter there for specific products.

Basically if you wish to change that to be a field that will accept any text, then I would suggest removing that field and adding a Text Box filed that you can find in the Form Tools menu

Once you do it will work for text as well as numbers.

If you want your users to select something from the list that you have available, then I would suggest placing a asmSelect or Multiple Selection widget instead.

You can see here How to Add a Widget to your Form.
