How to clone an existing formAsked by Jack Rosenbaum on April 29, 2015 at 11:40 AM
Just want to use the same for from 2015 to make a new form for 2016, without losing form from 2015. Would also want to know how to delete all respondents in the new 2016 form to make way for new applicants.
Here is my guest acct, which I would upgrade if this can be done easily. guest_509840708330051.
If I understood correctly, you need a clone form from the original 2015 to be used for 2016.
Proceed as follows:
1 - Select the form to be cloned on edit mode, click on Preview, then click at Form URL anc copy.
2 - Click on JotForm icon, on the upper left, then click on Create Form and the following screen will pop up:
3 - Paste URL copied on step 1, on the Enter the URL field.
Do not forget to click on Continue. As a result, on the Title field you will have: Clone of (the name of the original form). This is a new fresh form for you go ahead and edit as you please.

I hope this helps to solve the issue.
