PDF of the submissions does not look the same as the web form

I designed a form to fit in one page (multiple fields) but when the order is submitted, and I get the PDF, the PDF shows the fields each on a different line and makes the form too long to fit in one page.

This is the form I am using

Please advise how to get the PDF to match the designed form.

    Thanks

Please note that the web form and the PDF of the submissions can never look just the same, but you can get them fairly similar by following the steps here: How to include Headers, Texts and Images in the PDF format of a submission

Now if you wish to print it out just as the form looks, you could use the edit link, to open up the form as it looks, but will all the data filled out as the user did it.

Then you can save it as PDF, HTML or simply print it out if you so wish.

Do let us know if you have any questions in regards to this and we would be happy to assist.
