Database of submissions where I can export it?Asked by CJ on April 29, 2015 at 11:54 AM
Do applicants that sign up go into some kind of database that I can exports into my crm?
I'm not sure if I understand your concern correctly, but if what you meant is that if the forms data is sent do some kind of database, then the answer if yes, it actually goes in our data centers and it should have a database on it.
You could, however, download the submissions as an excel, csv or PDF file. And import those in your database like MySQL. You can check our Apps page to where you can export the data submissions of the form in Database friendly format: http://apps.jotform.com/search/database.
If you are looking on to sending the submission data to a CRM, then you can check our apps page here: http://apps.jotform.com/category/crm. We have a couple of CRMs that we support and can be integrated to your form.
I hope it helps. Do let us know if you need more information on this.
I forgot to mention, if you would like to export the submissions, you can check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel.
