All of my forms ar stating this form has exceeded its quota. I clicked on embed form and the secure form box is not checked.

If your form was already embedded using the secure embed code, it will still use SSL based submissions regardless of if the box is checked in your form.  For example, if the link contains:

https://secure.jotform.com/111111111111

It will use SSL based submissions.  If your embed code still has a similar link, it will use SSL submissions.  If you changed that link to:

http://www.jotform.com/111111111111

It would then use regular submissions.

I went ahead and reset your submission limits to give your a chance to get this sorted.
