Multiple forms and one mail

Hello,

I have created 4 forms and chained to each other. First is entrance, fourth is exit that everybody can see, but forms 2 and 3 change according to answers in form1. You know, you have one mail from every form. But i need to follow recipients with one mail. Example, when you fill FORM1,3,4 i want to follow you with an e-mail.

Yes i know to adjust my e-mail adress. This is not problem. Problem is how to track these 3 forms answers. 

How about using the technique described on this tutorials

both method will allow you to track which form did the submission.
