    Hi ImmortaLGaming,

    The reason why it was disabled is because one of your forms is asking for some sensitive information like account password. This violates the terms of use of JotForm. Note that JotForm does not have account database features that's why a password field is not usually needed. You may consider using Profile Manager for such applications instead.
