Upload space not clearing

Hi, 

According to my account information, I have used about 12MB of upload space. But, I've deleted all of my submissions, so I don't think any space should be being used. I wondered if it's just taking a while for the servers to register the change. But, I deleted all of the submissions more than 12 hours ago, and I figure that should be long enough for the servers. Anyway, all help appreciated.  

It usually takes 24hrs at minimum before the updates will reach the account.

I checked your account and I can see it has 12MB upload space taken at this time.

Please try waiting until tomorrow and check again.

Well, it's been a few days since my question and I still have 12MB of upload space taken, even though I've deleted all of my submissions. All help appreciated.

Hi,

Could you check under your trash folder for previously deleted forms then check if any of the forms have submissions under them.

The space could be taken by submission under the trash folder, you can also empty the trash if you have no future needs for the forms in this folder.

The problem was submissions left in the Trash. Thank you for your help Sammy.
