Hi,
I've created a few forms and tested them at home. But when I asked students to use them to upload files, I got a instant "Failed" message.
It still works for my computer at my school.
I have tried a few ways:
Different browsers.
Disable Integration / Using Dropbox / Using Google Drive
After testing a simple upload form, I finally found the problem. It only works if "multiple file upload" is disabled.
I manage to get around by adding "upload field" one by one.
Is there a way to make multiple file upload work?
Thanks.
Jeremy

I checked your jotform http://www.jotform.co/form/51182440843855 and I noticed that there was no Upload field set to use multiple upload option
I used a test form to check on the multiple upload option on the Upload field,
using the form
The upload process works perfectly fine on my test.
I suggest you turn ON the multiple upload option on the Upload field on your form and we will check it further .
Thanks.

Hi,
Sorry. I already changed the form so I can use it.
Here is the recreation of the issue.

To be honest, it's more likely to be an issue on my side but maybe useful for others.
As I stated, I have to use multiple single upload to achieve what I want to do. But on my own laptop, the multiple upload function works perfectly.
Thanks.
By the way, I'm very impressed by your prompt response.

Hi,
Unfortunately, I can't seem to replicate the problem. Just to confirm, that File Upload field works at home and also in your laptop when connected in the schools network, is that right? And the problem shows only on the school's computers, is that right? It is possible that the computers have a plugin or extensions in the browser the causes this problem or it is possible that the browsers are outdated. Could you tell us what is the OS and browser the computers have? Also, does the uploading fails on all of the file types or on specific ones only?
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you.
