Yes you can definitely print or convert to pdf your jotform. 

* Follow the steps in Create a pdf version of your form to create pdf.

* Here's a couple different suggestions as to how to print:

#1 - Just add a print button to it.

#2 - Create a pdf version of your form and then just print that.

#3 - If you're looking to print just the submission data then view your submissions  and click print.
