Not receiving form submissions

    Hello JotForm,

    I have a form I built on the following website.

    http://www.carolynburkestl.com/confirmation1.html

    I tried two times to receive an email after filling out the form.

    Please help me out.

    I only have one form in my account.

    The email to send it to can be info@carolyn-burke.com or info@carolynburkestl.com 

    I cannot remember which one I submitted.

    Hi Carolyn,

    Please look at How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues .

    It seems your email configuration is fine.
    I also checked your email in the bounce list and it is not there. The mail log shows successful delivery of notifications to your email address as well so the problem isn't in our side.
