submission limit

    I want to put my form online today but I can't upgrade yet because my paypal account is not ready to use until tomorrow.

    But today is 30th of the month.. does that mean my form is able to receive 100 submissions till 23:59 today and my next 100 free submission month will start tomorrow May 1?
