Submission emails are not being received in my email inbox.

    Hello dedege,

    Can you please let us know with which form you are having this issue with?

    I did check your last edited form "Book A Greeter" form and did not find any issue with that. You have configured your email alert correctly and you should be receiving the submission emails without any problem.

    I did check our email logs and found that submission emails are being sent successfully without any problem. Please check few of the logs below:

    Have you checked your spam folder already?  I would suggest you to check your spam folder and the emails must have ended up there. Do get back to us if you do not see the emails in spam folder as well.

    Please be noted that it is also possible to send submission emails form your own email address as well. You will have to add a custom sender email in your account. The following guide should help you:
