Is the monthly allotment per form or for all forms combined?

Asked by cathijaxs on November 13, 2011 at 03:37 PM

If I'm on the basic plan and I have two forms that I use, am I allowed 10 secure submissions per month PER FORM or in total for both forms?

What happens to the information if I'm over my allotment of 10 secure forms per month and someone submits a completed form?

    Hi there,

First off, thanks for using JotForm. The 10 secure submission limit applies to the whole account and not for individual forms.  If a free account reaches the monthly submission limit , his/her form(s) will be disabled until next month. Your visitors won't be able to submit anything on your form(s). Forms will only be re-enabled once the account limit refreshes, which is on the first day of the following month. Take a look at our pricing page.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. We'll be happy to help you.

Thanks for your quick response.  The forms are great and just what I've been looking for.  So the account limit is refreshed on the first of every month for everyone, and not on the anniversary date of when I joined, is that right?

You're always welcome. For all users, the counts reset to 0 on the 1st of every month.
