I saw this advise from a similar question. however I haven't received any email from blue snap. please help.

Your CC information is kept by BlueSnap - Our payment gateway. We do not keep your information since it is required by law to use a service that is PCI compliant - meaning that your information is protected from anauthorized access - even from Jotform.
Please check the very first email you recieved from @bluesnap.com when you first signed up to access your account and request for the information to be removed.
In any case, you appear to have cancelled your subscription, so you will not be billed by us.
Please let us know how we can asssist further.

Your subscription is actually under our new payment processor FastSpring. If you would like to simply cancel your account:
1. Click on the icon found on the upper right part of the screen if logged in on your JotForm account.
2. Click Account
3. Select Billing
4. Click Switch Plan under Starter Kit
You can also update your billing information from the same place.
