I cancelled my Subscription

    I cancelled my Subscription and I received and email this morning that it was upgraded?

    Hi,

    I checked our records and it appears as though the cancellation may not have gone through completely.  In any case, I went ahead and manually cancelled your subscription and refunded the most recent payment.  You should see the refund reflected in your account in 5-7 business days.  My apologies for any frustration this may have caused.
