Adding Contact Information to downloaded PDF copy of forms.

    Is their a way to include all auto-respond email information included in PDF download? For instance we have added our company information like contact phone number at the bottom of form and would like this information to be included in the PDF. Maybe by way short code? thanks

    Hi, azlistings,

    When you create your form and download it in PDF format, all of the things in your form are also included in the PDF, like labels, fields, texts etc... So, when you print your form through that download PDF file, it will show your Contact Information as long as you have included it in your form before you downloaded it as PDF. 

    You may also include an image of your Contact Information at the bottom of your form if you want and download it as PDF.

    Here's how you can download your form as PDF on My Forms:

    Then, on your PDF reader:
