Is their a way to have all information from form transfer to Paypal Express? For example our customers already request a quote and they need to choose from the form which product and the quantity and then they will receive a total for quote. However instead of us having to provide the paypal express widget with this same information is their a way to transfer this information to the paypal express? If not then it seems that we are having to duplicate this information into two parts of the form.
Example: John Doe needs a quote for 100 coasters and he has already entered the information for the quote now he decides instead of a quote he would like to order. Is their way to have the quote info transferred to Paypal Express so he can purchase what he was quoted? Thanks

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you want to use the same form for Quote and ordering through PayPal Express? If so, you can have a condition to check if the customer wants a quote only or to order. You can integrate the PayPal Express field on your form and can be shown only when Order is selected.
A condition can be placed as below to show the PayPal field.
Please see the demo form that might help you in setting up condition.

You may clone this JotForm to your account to see how it works.
Now, if the customer opts for Quote only and wants to order at a later point of time you may allow the customer to edit the submission by adding Edit link in the Quote email. This allows the customer to edit the submission and to select PayPal Express to proceed with the order. This process would be having single submission in your JotForm.
Hope this information helps. Please get back to us if you are referring to something different. We will be happy to help.
Thanks!

Now sure if you were able to see image I sent. This is a screen shot of error we are getting when choosing to Order instead of a Quote. Some kind of Header error.

This is an issue with your API Credentials in the Paypal Express payment field. Please make sure that you are entering the correct API username, password, and signature. There's a test integration button in the Payment Wizard, I would suggest clicking that one to test out if the integration is working or not.
Here's how you can get your Paypal Pro API Credentials: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/api/apiCredentials/#creating-classic-api-credentials
