Is it possible to format the OUTPUT of the form data I download?

I'm an Adobe Forms Central user.  We use Forms Central to collect online job applications.  The online form used to fill out the job application converted into JotForm very nicely.

    My question:

Can wen format the output of the from data into a very nice, human readable form.  We were able to do this with Forms Central.  In testing JotForms I can output the data into a PDF however it's in basic tabular form.  I would like to out put it more like a printable basic job application form would look if someone filled out our job application.  Normal 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper type format.

To my understanding you mean that you want to print out your submission data received from the forms after they are submitted to you via a nice readable format, correct?

Are you intending to print these out?

Currently the nicer formats for your submissions are PDF, Print via Submission Viewer, and Print Button to print it out before the form is submitted.

If you want to see all the text along with the answers similar to how your form looks you can just enable it - http://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission.

You may also want to check out some of our Reporting Options in these Guides.

Alternatively, you could also print out your submission information that is received through your email notification.

If you are looking for something else though perhaps you can show us a screenshot of this nicer formatting that you are referring to if possible?

I'm attaching what we get from Adobe Forms Central output.  It's a big difference compared to what we get with JotForms.  Any advice on how we an get closer to this would be welcomed.

Unfortunately, it appears that we didn't see or get your attachment. If you sent it through email then it won't be received here which might be why. Please try reattaching it. You can either use our image insertion tool via our image repository if needed if its a screenshot or just link it from wherever you are hosting it with shared turned on so that we can see it.

Alternatively, you can just send it to our email address at support@jotform.com but make sure you reference this thread so that we know.

One other way that I can think of which you could try that might resemble your form's formatting closer to the way it is supposed to look would be via our Fillable PDF Creator and then you could try printing that possibly since it is static.
