Keep same url for new form as the old form

We recently began using tiny urls for all our jotforms. It has been going great until now! We drafted a new version of a form, which of course, has a different url. I researched tiny url's capacity to redirect and old url to a new url and then to the existing tiny url. Appears there is no such capacity.

Apart from disabling our active form and molding it into our new version of the form, is there a way around this?

Our tiny urls appear in all our training materials, so it would be a nightmare to revise our materials every time we revise a form.

    Thanks!

There is a way to transfer your new form to the old form

Use the JotForm Field Manager App

Keep same url for new form as the old form Image 1 Screenshot 20

The Field Manager App will allow you to re-design the old  form by transferring the fields from the new form... any custom style you did you can also just copy/paste the CSS to the old form.

Make sure also to backup first your old form existing submissions because it will get removed once you removed the fields on the form.

You can download the existing submission as Excel/CSV file

This process will now allow you to re-use the existing form URL with the new version of forma and fields on it.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
