Is there a copy of submission in JotForm server after using Box integration

If i use the Box plugin, is the completed form data that is sent to Box the only copy or do you keep a copy on  your server still. It is a requirement that all our forms are stored on approved sites by my company and Box is such a site.

All form submission will always have a copy at JotForm server. This to make sure the integrity of the data and as well to be able to make the data available in case if failure on the integration app side.

If you do not want to keep the copy of the submission data in the JotForm server, you can also delete the submissions. And retain only your copy in Box account.

You can delete the submission in the View Submissions page.

Take Note: Deleted submissions are Permanently deleted and cannot be restored as JotForm does not store another copy of them. So make sure have a backup copy already before you delete the submissions.
