Some customers unable to purchase.

    About 20% of my customers on the JotForm on this page are having trouble submitting.

    I'm not sure why... how do I get this working correctly?

    Most (but not all) that are unable to submit are using a phone.

    Can you please confirm that this is the form that have issue?

    You did not state what specifically was the 'trouble'in submitting the form.

    Was there any error visible upon submission? Perhaps there was just a mandatory question the end-user haven't answered so they could not complete the submission yet.

    I just could not make a valid test submission on your form because I do not have the Credit Card account to use for testing



    but if you use a valid CC account, you should be able to submit this form.
