Can I automatically send a copy of the form submission back to the person who is completing the form?

The user will enter their own email address (field #input_12) as one of the form fields, and it would be ideal if they could automatically get a copy back for their own records, as proof of what they have submitted.

We do already submit the form to other recipients, but not the originator.
