Hi there,
This is the 1st form that shows the error "Multiple submissions are disabled for this form" right
(http://www.jotform.com/43348721924458)I cloned this form and found out that the "Unique Question" is set for email address. It means that you cannot use the same email that is already entered by previous users.
The second from got message " Enter message as it shown". I didn't have Captcha field in my second form.
I created a separate thread about the issue on the 2nd form. Here's the URL of the new thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/562582
Thank you for understanding.

On which blank form you are referring? My colleague and I tested your form with ID:
http://www.jotform.com/43348721924458
As it is already explained there is "Unique Question" set for email address. It means that you cannot use the same email that is already entered by previous users.
So that means that your users can submit your form only once using the same email address. E.g. if I use test@test.com like email address I can submit your form first time.
But if I try to submit your form again using the same email address test@test.com, when I click submit button this message will be shown.
If you want to allow users to submit your form with the same email address multiple times then you need to set "Unique Question" to No Check.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
