Applications not coming through

    Over the past few weeks, I have been very frustrated with JotForm. I have watched and have had my staff watch people fill out and submit their application form and it not be pulled through on this website/form database. I'm not sure how many we have missed thus far and have been VERY unimpressed with this company/software. Please let me know if there is some sort of glitch that is going on or if you all have had similar troubles. Thanks.

    Hi,

    Is this an issue of receiving the form email? If yes, form emails are successfully delivered to your email address based on our email logs. You can also check these logs by following our instructions from this guide:

    It's either the emails are currently in your spam folder or your hosting provider prevented the emails from going through your inbox for some reason. If these are the cases, we recommend adding us to your server whitelist:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Now, I would suggest viewing your form submissions. Here's how you can do it: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions. Your form is embedded using our iFrame method so I don't think people had the problem of submitting the form.

    No. That is not what I said and is irrelevant. Their applications do not show up in the form submissions or anywhere else for that matter. They are submitted but not connected with JotForm. Will not use JotForm in the future.

    Oops! I'm sorry about that. But then again, your form is embedded using our iFrame method and I don't think people cannot submit the form causing their application to disappear.

     

    They are submitted but not connected with JotForm.

    If people submitted the form, they should see your form's thank you message and that's a sign that their submission goes through and again, you can have it through email or by accessing your form submissions page.

    It is impossible that the data won't appear in the form submissions page if someone have successfully submitted that in the form. It should be connected to your form.

     

    Will not use JotForm in the future.
