I'm having some difficulty receiving the test notifications for my forms and this concerns me that I wont receive the actual email when the form is submitted.
This is occurring for both of these forms

The test notification will always go to the default address associated with your account. To test other addresses, you will need to send an actual submission through the form:
At the top of that guide there is a notice stating so.
If you send through a submission and the notification still is not sent to the new address, let us know and we will be happy to have another look. However, your forms notifications do appear to be setup properly.
